Indonesia’s future power system is unfolding in real time—and so is the work behind forecasting it. As solar and wind continue to grow, in line with the President’s 100 GW solar directive and the latest RUPTL 2025–2034, vRE forecasting is evolving into a critical enabler for stronger grid reliability, sharper operational decisions, and smarter renewable energy integration. Through continued exchange among PLN, BMKG, international experts, and renewable energy sites such as Sidrap and Cirata, this journey is still taking shape.
