On 22 April 2026, colleagues across GIZ Indonesia & ASEAN came together for the Country Conference 2026, a day of reflection, dialogue and shared direction. With the theme “Exploring opportunities in the era of disruption,” the conference invited us to look ahead with openness, adaptability and collaboration. Through plenary discussions, interactive sessions and cross-team exchanges, colleagues explored how GIZ can remain future-ready while continuing to deliver meaningful impact with partners across Indonesia and ASEAN. The day also highlighted the importance of strengthening our internal collaboration as One GIZ, recognising that transformation begins with people, shared purpose and a willingness to move forward together.
