For 35 years, ActionAid Ghana (AAG) has been at the forefront of social justice, challenging inequality, dismantling oppressive systems, and working alongside the most marginalized communities to build a fair and just Ghana.
What began in 1990 as a development service provision program has evolved into a bold, rights-based organization rooted in the power of people. Today, our legacy extends beyond the communities we have served; it includes the voices we have amplified, the systems we have changed, and the movements we have nurtured.
From advocacy training to economic empowerment, we take pride in the agency we have fostered—35 years of making a difference with communities like Dakoore in the Upper East Region.
