Shahed is the founder of Labstic, a green business transforming plastic waste into functional and creative products—from keychains and coasters to furniture, clocks, and design pieces. Through the Green Business Accelerator Program, Shahed strengthened her business, improved pricing, expanded production capacity, and overcame key challenges to grow Labstic’s impact. Today, Labstic operates from its own production space, uses larger-scale equipment, and continues to see growing demand. Since joining the Accelerator, the business has increased its income by more than 350%, while product demand has risen by over 25%.
