The Ministry of Environment, in partnership with the Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources, Ministry of Transport, GGGI Jordan, UNIDO, and the Jordan Engineers Association, hosted the First High-Level Forum on E-Mobility in Jordan. This event marked a significant milestone in advancing sustainable transport solutions across the country. The forum provided a platform for government, private sector, academia, and civil society to discuss the challenges hindering broader adoption of electric mobility, share global best practices, and catalyze thought leadership and action toward a low-carbon transport sector. As part of the event, the Jordan Engineers Association conducted specialized training on “EV Infrastructure Design and Regulations”, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to support the development, implementation, and regulation of electric vehicle infrastructure in Jordan.
