2026年4月、世界銀行東京防災ハブと防災グローバルファシリティ(GFDRR)は、日本政府およびカナダ政府の財政的支援のもと、「緊急事態への備えと対応(EP&R: Emergency Preparedness and Response)アカデミー」を東京と仙台で開催しました。 このアカデミーは参加者同士の学び合い・技術交流の場として開かれ、世界銀行加盟15カ国の政府代表者、世界銀行のオペレーションチーム、そして日本の専門家が一堂に会し、制度の比較や教訓の共有を通じて課題解決に取り組みました ABOUT THE GLOBAL FACILITY FOR DISASTER REDUCTION AND RECOVERY (GFDRR) is a global partnership that helps low- and lower-middle-income countries better understand and reduce their vulnerabilities to natural hazards and adapt to climate change. GFDRR provides grant financing, technical assistance, training and knowledge sharing activities to mainstream disaster and climate risk management in national and regional policies, strategies, and investment plans.
