All the right moves | RSA Journal Presents
What helps people feel supported when formal systems are stretched? In this film, RSA Journal looks at two community-led initiatives creating space for connection, reflection and care: Run Talk Run, a running group where people can speak openly about their mental health, and The Line’s wellbeing walks, which combine movement, conversation and public art in East London.
Through personal stories of anxiety, grief, isolation and recovery, we explore how shared activity can become a form of support. Whether through running side by side or walking together each week, these projects show how community can help people feel seen, accepted and less alone.
Find out more about the growing role of community-led mental health support and social prescribing in the latest issue of #RSAJournal, now on RSAJournal+: https://www.thersa.org/rsa-journal/issue-1-2026/all-the-right-moves/
