Fresh from the Financing for Development Conference (FFD4) in Sevilla, where UNDP and ISO officially launched the ImpactWorks Alliance, we invite you to continue the conversation on how impact can be measured, managed, and embedded into financial decision-making and investment processes for systemic change. At FFD4, global leaders emphasized the importance of moving beyond sustainability reporting as an end in itself, towards embedding impact across strategy, governance, operations, and financial decision-making. Doing so requires breaking down siloes, whether institutional, sectoral, or financial, and focusing instead on the systems we aim to transform. The launch of the ImpactWorks Alliance highlighted frontrunners from business, finance, and government who are already applying sustainability management systems to translate commitments & missions into credible and measurable action. Building on this momentum, this webinar will explore what it means to redefine value in systems finance, and how emerging measurement frameworks can accelerate this shift. Key questions: Rethinking impact measurement – What does it take to align metrics with the realities of systemic change, rather than single-point interventions? Data for decision-making – How can tools and frameworks help us assess transformational potential and ecosystem resilience? Emerging practices – We will explore experiences from the TransCap Initiative and the ImpactWorks Alliance, which promotes SDG management systems to embed sustainability into business and finance. Together, these perspectives point toward a new frontier of investing, one focused not just on “doing good,” but on reshaping the underlying systems that perpetuate today’s challenges.
