For Ramkali Chaudhary and her husband Mahabir Chaudhary of Kanchhi Tol in Lamahi Municipality of Dang district, it was more than a dream to receive the joint land ownership, the Lalpurja, of the land they were living for decades but without formal document. More than a piece of paper in red cover, this insured no eviction and life of dignity and can now access to public services and government subsidies.
