In this is latest hearing, the parties will provide a status update to the Court on the progress made in implementing a Consent Order which both partied entered into on 22 April 2015. In the Consent Order, the Government of Belize agreed to develop a mechanism to recognise the land rights of the indigenous Maya people among other things. The last hearing was held on 18 September 2025.
