On the Same Ground is a 360° VR humanitarian film set in Lebanon during and after the Israeli attacks. This immersive documentary follows Lynn, a mother and humanitarian worker who was forced to flee her home just two days after giving birth. Despite losing her home, Lynn continues to serve her community on the frontlines of crisis. Her story reveals the human impact of Israeli airstrikes on families and healthcare in Lebanon, while also showing the resilience of local humanitarian teams. Supported by IPPF, the Lebanese Association for Family Health (SALAMA) shifted to mobile outreach after their clinics were damaged, reaching thousands with antenatal and postnatal care, contraception, safe delivery referrals, psychosocial support, dignity kits and gender-based violence prevention. They also worked with Proud Lebanon to ensure inclusive, respectful care for LGBTIQ+ people, providing post-exposure prophylaxis, mental health support and vital health information. This is a story of motherhood, displacement, resilience and the power of locally led humanitarian response in the face of conflict.
