Through training in Administrative Burden Reduction (ABR) and Design Thinking, many civil servants across Kosovo are improving processes, reducing unnecessary paperwork, and making services more accessible.
This initiative is co-funded by the European Union and the German Government and implemented by GIZ, supporting the digital transformation of public administration in Kosovo.
