Kosovo has introduced the “Baby is Born” life event service, a major step toward digital, citizen-centered public services. Parents can now register their newborn directly at the hospital, eliminating unnecessary paperwork, reducing waiting times, and making the process faster and more efficient. This service is part of broader efforts to reduce administrative burden (ABR) and improve access to essential services from day one.
