Our first Thought Leaders Forum event, was nothing short of ground breaking as we hosted an all-female panel discussing the dynamic African startup and entrepreneurship landscape. Our panel, titled "From Unseen to Unstoppable: Women Spearheading Africa’s Entrepreneurial Shift", provided an invaluable exploration into the challenges and triumphs experienced by women in the African entrepreneurial sphere. In this trailblazing panel, we brought together industry titans – Eloho Omame, a venture capital investor and gender and inclusion champion; Paola Ravacchioli, a seasoned investment specialist; Hana Maleej, an experienced Investment Officer; and Astou Dia, an expert in private sector development.
