HALO clears the last landmine from Sri Lankan island

Worshippers celebrated Feast Day for the first time in many years, after HALO cleared the last mine from Puvaransanthivu Island, Sri Lanka. As well as making the church safe, our work means the island’s fishermen can work safely once more – restoring traditional livelihoods and helping the community recover from war.
