RICE SCIENCE EXPLAINED: Locally-led climate adaptation through CS-MAP in the Philippines
In partnership with the Australian Centre for International Agriculture Research (ACIAR), IRRI, the University of the Philippines – Los Baños, the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR), and the Xavier University implemented the Climate-Smart Mapping and Adaptation Planning (CS-MAP) approach in the provinces of Quezon and Batangas. Through this locally-led climate mapping, the project aimed to scale appropriate climate adaptation strategies in the Philippines.
