Franosh Haidari’s passion for flowers in Balkh blossomed into a thriving greenhouse business. With support, she expanded from one small home greenhouse to four, increasing her team from three to eight employees. This enterprise offers a vital, respectful workspace for women, allowing them to work freely and cultivate both plants and economic independence.
