The result was an innovative sanitation service designed to meet customer needs while creating a financially viable model for expanding safe sanitation access. Today, Clean Team demonstrates how customer-focused approaches can help transform urban sanitation, delivering dignity, convenience and improved quality of life for thousands of households.
