Still Not Safe: Life in Gaza During the 'Ceasefire'

Filmed in the spring of 2026, Still Not Safe: Life in Gaza During the 'Ceasefire' features interviews with families living in Gaza. Over 700 Palestinians have been killed since a ceasefire was announced in October 2025. Families continue to face extreme hardship. Children are going hungry, medical care is limited or inaccessible, and displaced families are still living in tents without basic protection. This film shares the voices of people on the ground: parents struggling to feed their children, families separated by displacement, and children living with illness and injury without adequate treatment. Across Gaza, humanitarian organisations continue to work under extremely difficult conditions to provide food, medical care, and emergency support. However, needs remain overwhelming. More than 15,000 children are reported to have been killed since October 2023, and many more are living with the ongoing effects of conflict, displacement, hunger, and lack of medical care. This film is intended to bear witness to their experiences and highlight the urgent need for continued humanitarian access and support.
