HBS Commitment to PSEAH and Safe Working Environments
Our Policy on Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) sets out our shared responsibility to maintain #safe, #respectful, and #accountable working environments for all staff and partners.
HBS stands for full #respect for #humanrights and #socialjustice for all. Gender democracy and a #zero-tolerance policy towards any form of #sexual exploitation, #abuse, and harassment are firmly anchored at the normative, programmatic, and organizational levels within the foundation. We are committed to protecting all core principles and consider them a shared responsibility and common task of all staff members, affiliated partners, and individuals.
We maintain zero tolerance for sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment, including sexual abuse or coercion, unwanted sexual advances, abuse of power, and any sexual relationships in exchange for work-related benefits. Sexual activity involving minors is strictly prohibited, and all misconduct is taken seriously.
