In Lao PDR, Executive Coordinator Toily Kurbanov interviewed UNV Country Coordinator Manithda Sithimolada and spoke with former UN Volunteers Julie Teng and Simon Nazer. Most UN Volunteers move on after their assignment into the next chapter of their lives. Some stay in the UN system, some start new careers, and a few even marry another UN Volunteer. Julie and Simon share how their time as volunteers brought them together.
