Quality healthcare should never depend on where someone lives. Through the Saving Lives and Livelihoods (SLL) initiative, funded by Mastercard Foundation in partnership with Africa CDC, communities were brought closer to lifesaving health services through local outreach efforts. Working hand in hand with local governments and community health teams, the initiative helped deliver vaccines and essential health services directly to people in hard-to-reach areas, ensuring that no community was left behind. These outreaches were more than just health campaigns. They were moments of trust, connection, and hope, driven by the voices and needs of the community itself.
