“Before we joined Fair Trade, we didn’t understand much about marine life or sustainability.” For many fishers in this Indonesian community, ideas like protected species, sustainability, and even fair pricing were completely new. Through Fair Trade Certified™ seafood programs and training with partners like @mdpi_indonesia, fishers began learning how healthy oceans and strong livelihoods go hand in hand.
