At the 79th World Health Assembly, our president and CEO @drfrieden joined our partners including Bloomberg Philanthropies to discuss meaningful solutions to reduce lead exposure and its harmful effects on cardiovascular health and children’s development. The event offered a first look at World Health Organization’s forthcoming PREVENT Technical Package on Lead Poisoning Prevention, which will provide practical guidance for countries to address and prevent lead poisoning.
