Escalating hostilities have forced +1M people to flee with little time; often leaving behind IDs, property papers, and essential documents. Legal aid teams are on the ground and in shelters, helping people restore their documents and understand their rights - enabling access to healthcare, assistance, and basic services. Supported by UNDP, with funding from the Government of Canada, these efforts bring legal support directly to those who need it most.
