ARDEX-25 was successfully held on 22-24 July 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Hundreds of national and sub-national actors, ASEAN-ERAT, UNDAC, as well as Search and Rescue Teams and Emergency Medical Teams from the ASEAN Member States and the Republic of Korea came together in a simulated disaster response — testing coordination, communication, and capabilities in real-time. Hosted by the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM) of Cambodia and supported by the European Union in ASEAN through the EU-SAHA Project, ARDEX-25 wrapped up with renewed commitment for a safer region in the spirit of One ASEAN, One Response.
