23 candidates from #ASEAN Member States underwent a rigorous face-to-face assessment during the 2nd ASEAN Standards and Certification for Experts in Disaster Management (ASCEND) Competency Assessment, co-hosted by the Philippines' OCD and the AHA Centre from 10–14 Feb 2025. An After-Action Review capped off the week, promoting continuous improvement for future assessments. The ASCEND Project is supported by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF).
