The 10th SPDDM took place on 20–21 August 2025 in Singapore, in conjunction with World Humanitarian Day. This milestone event marked a pivotal year for ASEAN — celebrating 20 years of the AADMER and the conclusion of the AADMER Work Programme 2021–2025. With the theme “Building a Resilient Future: Advancing ASEAN’s Post-2025 Vision for Disaster Management,” SPDDM 2025 offered a timely platform to reflect on two decades of regional cooperation, assess achievements, and shape future strategies. The Dialogue spotlighted emerging risks, innovations in technology and policy, and inclusive, adaptive approaches to resilience.
