This event brought together health care providers, community health workers (CHWs), and community members in an honest conversation about how to strengthen patient-centered care for Maine families. This event resulted in 62 participants, 15 subject matter experts who facilitated, four topics and three rounds of discussion, and more than four hours of shared learning and dialogue!
