School-based Community Health Navigators Jennifer Libby, Aroostook Mental Health Center, and Carrie Brown, St. Croix Regional Family Health Center, discuss their experiences working in rural Maine schools with the Youth Tele-Behavioral Health Program, part of the Maine Community Connections Initiative.
