Experience sharing on NRLM: Empowering rural communities through evidence: Learnings from National Rural Livelihoods Mission On 9 September 2025, 3ie brought together policymakers, researchers, implementers, donors, and self-help group members for a shared dialogue on lessons from the Ministry of Rural Development’s Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission. Mrs Kamli Masram, an SHG Entrepreneur from Madhya Pradesh, shared her experience of NRLM. She highlighted that the loans she received over the years from the self-help group enabled her to set up and expand her own kirana store and also provided her the capacity to use better technical knowledge and tools to improve her agricultural yield.
