Behind every organisation there is a team working quietly to keep everything running smoothly. At RCC, that team is led by Alma Gadžić, Head of Administration. On International Women’s Day, we asked Alma how being a woman shaped her career and what message she would send to young women starting theirs. Her answer was simple: previous generations have already done a lot, now it’s up to the next ones to go out and get what they want.
