Europes power choice
We live in a time of rupture. The international system is not temporarily disordered; it is settling into a new condition of fragmentation and multipolarity. There is no recognised hegemon or agreed rules of the road. In this context, and using new data from the ECFR public opinion polling project, the debate will focus on which new frameworks can help us understand changing power on the world stage—and how Europeans should define a path that serves their interests.
