Serbia wants a new political system. The faceless movement values inclusivity but draws a firm line: it refuses to be represented by figures from the old democratic coalition, seen by many as part of the system that allowed today’s state capture. The movement puts pressure for new rules before new rulers. It uses plenums, mass consultation, and open assemblies as a temporary operating system while trust in parties and #elections remains low.
