When crises collide: Can Europe decide?

Things can always get worse and unpredictably so. What will Europe do if there are more crises, simultaneously? How can Europeans best prepare for these scenarios? Which urgent steps should they take to improve their resilience and response? Using a simulation to test Europe’s response to a two-front crisis (America’s naval quarantine of Greenland and a Russian attack on Poland’s LNG terminal Swinoujscie) we will use the findings of a previous wargame hosted by ECFR to present recommendations on next steps.
