On 28 August 2025, hundreds of Malawians came together in Lilongwe for the Run for a Child Labour Free Future for All, a powerful awareness event under the EU-funded JOFA-ACTE Project. From a 3 km family walk to a 10 km competitive run, participants of all ages joined government leaders, NGOs, private sector champions, diplomatic partners, faith-based groups, youth advocates, and community members to raise their voices against child labour.
