The third WiN Law webinar provided a high-level overview of legal considerations related to waste management and decommissioning aimed at the general public. Featuring speakers from governments and the private sector in Belgium, Canada, Spain, Sweden and the United States, the webinar addressed topics such as: decommissioning financing, advanced reactor waste, environmental protection and public participation, among others. The webinar consisted of five brief presentations followed by a Q&A Session.
