IDHA 61 Amman, Jordan Information Session
During an information session on August 19, 2025 for the International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance (IDHA) program at Fordham University's Institute of International Humanitarian Affairs, the IIHA team presented details about the intensive four-week residential course scheduled for November 1-27 in Amman, Jordan, covering:
- application requirements
- tuition fees
- curriculum focused on humanitarian basics, sector-specific knowledge, case studies, and personal skills development.
Alumni Rick, Haymond, and Florian (IDHA tutor and lecturer) shared their positive experiences with the program, highlighting its team-based approach, diverse perspectives, and the valuable connections formed with professionals from different contexts.
During the Q&A the team addressed questions about the course structure, scholarship opportunities, and how the program incorporates local context while covering major humanitarian crises worldwide, emphasizing that applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis until October 20th.
