Since August 2017, the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS), together with the IFRC and Red Cross Red Crescent partners, has been alongside displaced families from Myanmar - at the forefront of one of the largest, longest-running humanitarian responses in the world. For eight years and counting, BDRCS teams have worked tirelessly in Cox’s Bazar and beyond to provide lifesaving assistance — from shelter, health, and clean water to protection and community support for displaced Rohingya families and vulnerable host communities alike.
