Sarah Ganter says: The upcoming negotiations on a UN tax framework convention are a historic opportunity. Now is the time to create a fair global tax system—with a more balanced distribution of taxing rights, minimum taxes for multinational cooperations and the super-rich, as well as better transparency rules.
