Across sub-Saharan Africa, over 26 million adolescent girls living in urban poverty are standing at a crossroad. They are ambitious, resilient, and determined to shape their own futures. Yet too often, their potential is undermined by barriers that jeopardise their health and wellbeing. The "Triple Threat" of unintended pregnancy, HIV, and sexual and gender-based violence is deeply intertwined with mental health challenges, placing young people's futures at serious risk.
