A fascinating piece of research asked people how much they'd need to be paid to come off social media. The average? A lot. Around $200 a month. Then came the twist. When asked how much they'd pay if *everyone else* came off too, they said they'd actually pay *for* that outcome. That one result tells you everything about the trap social media has become.
