Montenegro is implementing an important reform — establishing a unified disability assessment system. ➡️ Instead of complex and numerous procedures, a single commission will conduct the assessment. One decision will be issued, valid across all sectors and for accessing all rights. ➡️ The assessment is no longer purely medical — it focuses on the barriers a person faces and the support they need. ➡️ A specialized Institution for Unified Disability Assessment and a National Registry of persons with disabilities are being established. 🎯 The goal is clear: a system that recognizes the potential of every individual and removes barriers to their equal participation in society. Because just like our fingerprints, we are all unique — and that is where our value lies. 💙
