For the first time, children living with relapsing malaria are receiving a single-dose cure, a breakthrough that could spare families repeated illness and help curb transmission in one of Brazil’s most at-risk communities.
MMV and global biopharma company GSK announce today the initial rollout of paediatric tafenoquine among the Yanomami people, an indigenous population living in the Yanomami Indigenous Territory of northern Brazil.
