In February 2023, a series of earthquakes struck southeastern Turkey and northwestern Syria. While hundreds of thousands of people are still living in “container cities” today, BSF and the International Blue Crescent have deployed an Ideas Box in Kırıkhan to help preserve access to education for children and teenagers, strengthen social cohesion among displaced populations, and contribute to their psychosocial support.
