Donor-grantee ReACT This tool focuses on the donor-grantee partner relationship. The donor refers to any entity that primarily provides funding support, while the grantee is a local entity, including RLOs, that receives this funding and is mainly responsible for implementing the intervention. We are currently piloting this tool to assess its relevance, usefulness, and the level of buy-in from both donors and grantees. Our aim is to understand how practical and feasible it is to apply a tool like this in donor-grantee relationships.
