Equitable Partnerships Accountability Toolkit (EPAT) General Overview

The Equitable Partnerships Accountability Toolkit (EPAT) is a set of transformative tools co-developed by Asylum Access, and a global cohort of 16 individuals from INGOs and local organizations. The EPAT is designed to strengthen collaboration, accountability, and shared leadership across partnerships. At its core are practical tools that support all partners —particularly local partners, including Refugee-led Organizations— to assess, reflect on, and improve how they work together. These tools are not prescriptive; rather, they are adaptable resources meant to meet partnerships where they are. Whether you are just beginning your equitable partnership journey or are looking to deepen existing collaboration, the tools below offer different entry points to foster more inclusive, transparent, and balanced relationships.
