In this message, Alberto Ares SJ, Regional Director of JRS Europe, reflects on a year marked by solidarity, accompaniment, and hope across our network. In 2025, JRS Europe accompanied more than 185,000 refugees and forcibly displaced people across 23 countries and over 240 locations, promoting protection, inclusion, advocacy, and community engagement. The year also marked an important step towards our future, as we worked together on a new Strategic Framework rooted in hospitality, justice, and human dignity.
