Welcome to this video on a feedback conversation between a Master Mentor and School-Based Early Grade Mentor. This video has been developed to support teachers, particularly Master Mentors and School-based Early Grade Mentors, by serving as a foundation for improving the practice of conducting effective feedback conversations. In this session, mentors provide constructive comments and professional guidance aimed at developing teaching skills and professional competencies, following the six steps of feedback and selected specific mentoring skills. A typical session takes 10 to 20 minutes.
