The 2nd Tripartite Judicial Dialogue in Arusha, Tanzania provided an important platform to review progress and assess the implementation of resolutions adopted during previous sessions. This stocktaking exercise allowed the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR), the East African Court of Justice (EACJ), and the Community Court of Justice, ECOWAS (CCJ) to evaluate achievements, identify challenges, and strengthen their shared commitment to cooperation. The discussions reaffirmed the need for continued collaboration to ensure that judicial resolutions translate into tangible impact across Africa.
